Chipotle and Paprika Sunflower Oil

This is an excellent, no-salt dipping oil for crusty whole-wheat, multigrain, or gluten-free breads.

5 minutes prep time | Makes about 1/2 cup

What You Need:

  • 1/2 c organic sunflower oil

  • 1/2 tsp ground chipotle pepper

  • 1/2 Tbsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules

  • pinch of ground cayenne (to taste) 

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients.

2. Keep refrigerated in a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid. Use within three days.
