Coffee Fruit Delight Smoothie

5 Minutes Prep Time |  Serves 2


  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1 c low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 c berries of your choice (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz coffee fruit liquid extract
  • 1 c crushed ice 


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

The red fruit surrounding each coffee bean, sometimes called the “coffee cherry,” contains only trace amounts of caffeine but comes with an amazing antioxidant kick.

A test of antioxidant power, called the ORAC measurement, shows that coffee fruit has 10 to 15 times greater antioxidant capability than green tea, an herb that generally ranks at the top of the antioxidant scale.
