From The Fast Track One-Day Detox Diet
What You Need
2 c mixed green lettuce
2 celery stalks
½ c spinach
½ garlic clove, minced (optional)
Juice of ½ lemon or lime
Cut lettuce, celery, spinach, and cucumber in small pieces.
Place veggies and garlic, if using, in food processor or blender. Process or blend until liquefied.
Add lemon or lime juice.
