Goddess Greens Cleansing Smoothie

10 minutes prep time Serves 1
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 cup mixed green lettuce
  • 2 celery stalks
  • ½ c spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ garlic clove, minced (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon or lime
 
Directions:
  1. Cut lettuce, celery, spinach, and cucumber in small pieces.
  2. Place veggies and garlic, if using, in food processor or blender. Process or blend until liquefied.
  3. Add lemon or lime juice.
  4. Drink immediately.
