Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Two Favorite Flavors Combined in SMoothie Form!

 

 
5 minutes prep time    |    Serves 4
 
What You Need
  • 4 c nonfat milk
  • 4 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 4 frozen bananas
  • Sugar or honey to taste (optional)
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
Directions
  1. In blender, place milk and peanut butter. Blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Add bananas, optional sugar or honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend until mixture is completely combined.
  3. Serve immediately.
