20 minutes prep time | Serves 4
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pkg Mori-Nu Silken Extra Firm Tofu*
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup Picante sauce or salsa of choice
- shredded cheese or soy cheese, if desired
- *Mori-Nu Silken Extra Lite Firm or Organic Firm Tofu can also be used
- Heat olive oil in skillet.
- Pat tofu dry with paper towel and crumble into skillet.
- Add picante sauce or salsa.
- Stir tofu and sauce/salsa together and heat through, cooking off as much liquid as possible.
