Pistachio Trail Mix
5 minutes prep time | Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients
1 cup shelled pistachios
1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 c organic corn flakes
Handful of bite-sized pretzels
Handful of walnuts
Directions:
1. Gently toss ingredients together.
2. Store in airtight container
(or divide into individual servings to include in packs & lunches)
