Hearty French Salad


  • Organic lettuce
  • Walnuts
  • Purple and green grapes
  • Blue cheese
  1. Assemble ingredients in a bowl, carefully toss.
  2. Make a tangy sherry vinaigrette by whisking together: 1/8 c sherry wine vinegar 1/4 c extra-virgin olive oil 1 tsp Dijon mustard, and 2 tsp diced shallots. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
