What You Need
- 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 1/2 c fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Coarsely ground black pepper
What You Do
- Place tomatoes and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Whisk lemon juice in oil until well blended.
- Pour dressing over tomatoes. Season with pepper.
