Tomato Salad with Cilantro

Couldn't be easier to make!

10 minutes prep time | Serves 12

What You Need

  • 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1/2 c fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Coarsely ground black pepper

What You Do

  1. Place tomatoes and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk lemon juice in oil until well blended.
  3. Pour dressing over tomatoes. Season with pepper.
