1 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg Mori-Nu Silken Extra Firm Tofu*
1/3 to 1/2 cup Picante sauce or salsa of choice
shredded cheese or soy cheese, if desired
*Mori-Nu Silken Extra Lite Firm or Organic Firm Tofu can also be used
1. Heat olive oil in skillet.
2. Pat tofu dry with paper towel and crumble into skillet. Add picante sauce
3. Stir tofu and sauce/salsa together and heat through, cooking off as much
liquid as possible.
4. Wrap scramble and cheese (if desired) in warm tortilla and serve.
