Cold Remedy: Honey, Lemon, Ginger

Prep Time: 
5 minutes
Ingredients: 
  • Hot water
  • Lemon juice - 1 small lemon, or 1/2 large lemon
  • 1 Tbsp natural honey
  • 4 small slices of fresh ginger
Directions: 
  1. Heat water until almost boiling, but do not boil.
  2. Put in mug and add lemon, honey, and ginger slices.
  3. Mix together and drink.
Notes: 

Measurements are flexible depending on how sweet or sour you would prefer your drink.
