Cherry Vanilla Super Smoothie

This smoothie packs in a ton of green vegetables, yet is surprisingly not green at all.

10 minutes prep time | Makes 2 16-ounce servings

What You Need

  • 2 c frozen cherries

  • 2 c (packed) baby spinach

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • 2 c coconut water

  • 1/2 tsp wheatgrass powder*

  • 2 Tbsp vanilla extract

  • Sweetener, to taste

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Taste and sweeten as desired.

 

Optional superfood boost: Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds.

* If you follow a gluten-free diet, make sure the wheatgrass is labeled gluten free.
