10 minutes prep time | Makes 2 16-ounce servings
What You Need
2 c frozen cherries
2 c (packed) baby spinach
1 Tbsp almond butter
2 c coconut water
1/2 tsp wheatgrass powder*
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
Sweetener, to taste
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Taste and sweeten as desired.
Optional superfood boost: Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
* If you follow a gluten-free diet, make sure the wheatgrass is labeled gluten free.
