Blueberry Morning Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana, chopped (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped almonds, presoaked (or walnuts)
  • 1 Tbsp dried shredded coconut (if available)
  • 2 Tbsp  hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp organic peanut/almond butter (optional)
  • 2 cups of your favorite nut milk

Directions

To prepare, simply mix all ingredients in a bowl, top with nut milk, and enjoy.
