Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup shelled unsalted pistachios
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 peeled small kiwifruit
  • 1/2 cup peeled cored fresh pineapple

Directions

  1. In a blender, process nuts and almond milk.
  2. Add pineapple and kiwi and blend.
