Antipasto Skewers

A perfect appetizer to serve guests with unique dietary restraints!

What You Need


  • 1⁄2 c red wine vinegar
  • 2⁄3 c olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper
Antipasto skewers are the perfect appetizer to serve to your many guests with unique dietary restraints. Easy enough to make in many versions like dairy-free, vegan and gluten-free.
Here are a few ideas, but the ingredient options are unlimited!
  • Cheese: mozzarella, Havarti, cheddar, jack
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Olives: black or stuffed green
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Rye bread
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Fresh basil
  • Grilled veggies: peppers, squash, tomatoes
  • Tortellini
  1. Clean and chop all skewer ingredients into bite-size pieces.
  2. Carefully string ingredients on skewers.
  3. Drizzle dressing over skewers and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
