You’ve seen the headlines: “The 10-minute workout.” “The 7-minute workout.” “The 1-minute workout.” They usually call for very intense bursts of exercise within a longer buildup and cool-down session. (That “1-minute” routine is actually three 20-second bouts within a 10-minute timeframe.)
