20 minutes prep time | Serves 24 (1 Tbsp each)
- 1 pkg Mori-Nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu
- 3 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp red miso
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- Place tofu in food processor and blend until completely smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides of bowl.
- Add rest of ingredients. Process until completely blended.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with raw vegetables like carrots, celery, cucumber spears, cauliflower, and broccoli.
