Breakfast Boost

5 minutes prep time  |  serves 1

You'll Need:

  • 1/2 c tahini
  • 1/2 c plain goat yogurt
  • 1/2 c rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 4 small ice cubes or 1/2 c water
     

What You Do:

  1. In a blender, combine tahini, yogurt, oats, honey, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
