Number of Servings:
- 1 c plain Greek-style yogurt
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 c diced fresh pineapple
- 11/2 c fresh blueberries
- 1/2 c granola
- 1/2 c shredded coconut, toasted
- In a small bowl combine yogurt, maple syrup, and pineapple.
- In four small wine glasses or parfait glasses spoon alternate layers of pineapple mixture, blueberries, granola, and coconut.
