Ingredients:
- 12 ounces lite mori-nu tofu, extra firm
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries - chopped
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- 2. Transfer to a 13x9 metal baking sheet and place in the freezer
- 3. Freeze until firm, stir every 1/2 hour
Tip: Mixture can be transferred to an ice cream maker after step 1. Follow the directions on your appliance
