Dairy Free Strawberry Ice Cream

 

What You Need
  • 12 ounces lite mori-nu tofu, extra firm
  • 1 c soy milk
  • 1/2 c fresh or frozen strawberries - chopped
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a 13x9 metal baking sheet and place in the freezer
  3. Freeze until firm, stir every 1/2 hour
 
Tip: Mixture can be transferred to an ice cream maker after step 1. Follow the directions on your appliance.
