From the Taste for Life test kitchen
25 minutes prep time Serves 6
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 c medium salsa
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp ground chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Using your hands, shape mixture into six patties.
3. Pan fry, grill, or broil until patties are done, flipping halfway through.
4. Serve on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and extra salsa.
