Pistachio Trail Mix

Makes 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled pistachios
  • 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup organic corn flakes
  • Handful of bite-sized pretzels
  • Handful of walnuts

Directions

  1. Gently toss ingredients together.
  2. Store in airtight container (or divide into individual servings to include in packs & lunches).
