Minted Cucumber Lemonade Frozen Pops

Ingredients
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
2 cups of your favorite lemonade
1 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
3 to 6 drops of peppermint extract
Directions
Place cucumber (peeled and diced) into blender.
Add lemonade, mint and peppermint extract.
Blend on high until smooth.
Let mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Pour mixture in your favorite ice pop molds.
Place in freezer until solid.
