- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup plain goat yogurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 4 small ice cubes or 1/2 cup water
- In a blender, combine tahini, yogurt, oats, honey, and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
