  • 8 carrots, grated
  • 12 cup fresh basil, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp raw olive oil
  • 14 cup dried cranberries
  • 14 cup almonds, crushed
  • 12 lemon, juiced
  • 12 tsp sea salt
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Wait 15 minutes before serving to allow time for the flavor of the cranberries to seep throughout the dish. Serve.
