- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 4 tsp chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp dried cranberries
- 2 tsp dried raisins
- 2 Tbsp Grapenuts
- 1 tsp wheat bran
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 Tbsp ground pumpkin seed
- 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup milk or yogurt
- Mix together all dry ingredients.
- Top with berries and milk or yogurt.
Pre-chop walnuts to save time for this and other recipes. Grind flax and pumpkin seeds in a coffee grinder that you use only for grinding them.
