Healthy Breakfast Oats


  • 12 cup rolled oats
  • 4 tsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp dried raisins
  • 2 Tbsp Grapenuts
  • 1 tsp wheat bran
  • 12 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 2 Tbsp ground pumpkin seed
  • 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
  • 12 to 23 cup milk or yogurt


  1. Mix together all dry ingredients.
  2. Top with berries and milk or yogurt.


Pre-chop walnuts to save time for this and other recipes. Grind flax and pumpkin seeds in a coffee grinder that you use only for grinding them.
