  1. Place 14 cup of water into Q Cup™ and stir.
  2. Crack egg on top of open Q Cup™ and microwave for one minute.
  3. Cover and let sit for five minutes.
  4. Add sliced avocado and your favorite salsa.
  5. Replace cover and you have the perfect portable breakfast!
