Hibiscus, Rose & Mint Sun Tea

Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp dried hibiscus
  • 2 Tbsp dried rose petals
  • 12 to 1 Tbsp dried spearmint
Directions
  1. Add all herbs to a quart-sized glass jar and cover completely with cold water. Give it a stir and then cap tightly.
  2. Place jar in a sunny window and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours until the desired flavor is reached.
  3. Strain out the herbs and enjoy iced!
Notes

This tea is wonderfully cooling, refreshing and hydrating on hot summer days (and is made with a cold water infusion).
