Bitter Brew Detox Tea

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp burdock root
  • 1 tsp dandelion root
  • 1 tsp roasted chicory root
Directions
  1. Simmer herbs in 8 to 16 ounces of water for 20 minutes; strain.
  2. If desired, sweeten with blackstrap molasses and add unsweetened almond, hemp, or coconut milk.
