Maple Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
Directions
  1. Using a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt on medium-low speed until foamy, about 1 minute.
  2. Increase speed to high and whip until soft peaks form, 1 to 3 minutes.
Notes
  • You can substitute the maple syrup with any of the following:
    • 2 tbsp Sucanat
    • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
    • 4 tsp honey
    • 1 12 tbsp granulated sugar
