Stress Less, Sleep Better Seltzer

Lovely sipped any time of day but particularly with or after dinner.

Ingredients
  • 1-2 ml magnolia bark tincture*
  • 2 ml milky oat seed tincture
  • 1-2 ml lemon balm or holy basil tincture
  • Plain or flavored seltzer water
  • Garnish of choice: lemon wedge, rose blossom, sprig of fresh mint or lemon balm
Directions

In a cocktail glass, wine glass, or water bottle, combine all ingredients, top off with seltzer and enjoy.

*Magnolia bark is easy to prune and harvest from chemical-free landscape plants but difficult to find in commerce. It supports a calmer mood and better sleep alongside a pleasant flavor reminiscent of ginger, spice, and lemongrass. Feel free to skip this ingredient if you can’t find it commercially or make your own.
