Spinach, Blue Cheese, and Walnut Salad

Ingredients
  • 8 cups baby spinach
  • 14 chopped green onion
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 12 chopped walnuts
  • 12 crumbled blue cheese
  • 12 cup your favorite balsamic vinaigrette
Directions
  1. Toss the first five ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Divide salad between 4 plates.
  3. Top each plate with equal amounts of blue cheese.
  4. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
