Vegan Pesto Sauce
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 Tbsp pine nuts
- 1 c fresh basil leaves
- 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Place sea salt, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor or blender.
- Add basil and blend until smooth paste is formed.
- Place mixture in a bowl and add olive oil. Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
