- 1 can (19 oz) black beans with liquid
- 1 can (19 oz) dark red kidney beans with liquid
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh savory
- 1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses, optional
