- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 one-inch piece of fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
- 3 lbs chicken wings (whole wings, drumettes, or a combination of the two)
- 1⁄3 cup sunflower seed butter
- Juice and zest of 2 limes (finely grate the zest)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 to 2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
