Banana Split Parfait

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. packaged, fat-free pineapple yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 14 cup low-fat granola
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tsp hot water

Directions

  1. In a small cup, stir together cocoa, confectioners' sugar, and hot water until smooth.
  2. Layer in a dish yogurt, stawberries, banana and granola.
  3. Drizzle with homemade chocolate sauce.
