Ingredients
- Oil, for greasing pan
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 4 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup your favorite gluten-free flour blend*
- 3⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Make sure the gluten-free flour blend doesn’t contain baking soda or baking powder. It’s fine if there’s xanthan gum in the blend.
