Chocolate Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 13 cup hemp seeds
  • 14 cup Medjool dates, pitted (about 3-4 large fruits)
  • 3 Tbsp goji berries
  • 14 cup cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 3 Tbsp (packed) minced fresh mint
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder*
  • 14 cup mashed avocado
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • Sweetener, to taste
  • 3 cups coconut ice**

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients, except ice, until smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend once more until frosty.
  3. Taste, and adjust sweetness if desired.

Notes

*If you follow a gluten-free diet, make sure the wheatgrass is labeled gluten free.

**Freeze pure coconut water in ice cube trays until solid.
