Shamrock Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
  • 14 tsp mint extract*
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh baby spinach
  • 14 cup fresh mint
  • 2 Tbsp agave nectar

Equipment

  • High-Speed Blender

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until mixture is smooth.
  2. Divide between 3 glasses and serve.

Notes

  • *If you prefer a more minty flavor, use 12 teaspoon of mint extract.
  • If desired, chill the shake for 90 minutes before enjoying.
