- 2 Tbsp miso paste
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 1 1/2 lb salmon fillet
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- In a small bowl, combine the miso paste, soy sauce, oil, and honey.
- Place salmon on a baking pan. Brush with glaze.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
