Miso-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp miso paste
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 12 lb salmon fillet
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the miso paste, soy sauce, oil, and honey.
  3. Place salmon on a baking pan. Brush with glaze.
  4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
