- 2 whole-wheat pita breads (each 6 inches in diameter)
- Olive oil spray
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°. Separate halves of each pita and then cut each half into wedges.
- On large baking sheet, place the wedges in a single layer. Spray lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with hummus, salsa, or dip, if desired.
