- 1⁄2 cup red bell pepper, diced small

Wasabi Vinaigrette
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 1⁄2 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp miso paste
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 2 tsp lime juice
