Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp pine nuts, lightly toasted
  • 3 1/2 oz basil leaves
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 3/4 fl oz (1/3 cup) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2  small garlic clove, peeled
  • 1/4 tsp salt
