- 4 pints of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small white onion, peeled and chopped
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1⁄8 tsp freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 small chopped jalapeño pepper, remove the seeds
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp lime juice
You can use any variety of tomato you like. Experiment and have fun!
