- 1 cup broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 cup sugar snap peas or frozen peas
- 3 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1⁄4 cup coconut aminos, Bragg's or tamari (soy) sauce
- Optional: sesame seeds for topping
