Classic Turkey Burgers

Serves 4


  • 14 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 12 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 14 cup chopped red onions
  • 4 Tbsp mustard
  • Sea salt and black pepper


  1. Combine the bread crumbs and milk until all the milk has been absorbed.
  2. Add the ground turkey, cheese, scallions and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together by hand until combined.
  4. Divide and shape the mixture into 4 patties.
  5. Bake or Grill Burgers
  6. Serve on your favorite Hamburger bun and garnish.
