- Hot water
- Lemon juice - 1 small lemon, or 1/2 large lemon
- 1 Tbsp natural honey
- 4 small slices of fresh ginger
- Heat water until almost boiling, but do not boil.
- Put in mug and add lemon, honey, and ginger slices.
- Mix together and drink.
Measurements are flexible depending on how sweet or sour you would prefer your drink.
