10 minutes prep time Serves 4
What You Need:
- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 pint of dairy-free coconut milk frozen dessert*
- 4 Tbsp shredded coconut
What You Do:
- Place one sliced peach into each of four dessert bowls.
- Top each bowl with a scoop of coconut milk frozen dessert.
- Sprinkle each bowl with 1 tablespoon of coconut. Serve immediately.
*If you prefer, substitute vanilla frozen yogurt for the coconut milk frozen dessert.
