Winter Season Fruits and Vegetables

By The Taste for Life Staff

Winter, spring, summer, and fall each have their fruits and vegetables.

Farmers' markets don't occur as frequently in the winter, but that doesn't mean there isn't in-season produce. Many warmer climates' fruits and vegetables are ready for picking right as winter hits.

These recipes use ingredients that are fresh and plentiful. Keep on cooking until spring!
